Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of atxthreadco.com (the "Site") and any products or services offered by ATX Thread Co. ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, placing an order, or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Products & Print-on-Demand Fulfillment
Products listed on the Site are manufactured and shipped on a print-on-demand basis through third-party production partners. Because each item is produced after an order is placed, colors, print placement, and garment texture may vary slightly from product photos, and production/shipping times are estimates, not guarantees.
Orders & Payment
All payments are processed securely through Stripe, Inc. We do not store your full payment card details. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice; the price charged is the price displayed at the time your order is placed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability of a product.
Shipping & Returns
Shipping timelines and rates are described on our Shipping Policy page. Returns, exchanges, and refund eligibility are described on our Return Policy page. Both are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Intellectual Property
All designs, graphics, logos, and content on the Site are the property of ATX Thread Co. or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Purchasing a product grants you no license to reproduce, redistribute, or resell the design itself, separate from the physical product you purchased. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our designs or Site content for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.
User Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting to interfere with its normal operation, accessing data not intended for you, uploading malicious code, or using the Site for any unlawful purpose.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and all products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ATX Thread Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Site or purchase of any product. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, and any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
